A New Chapter of Global Partnership
Fairfreight Lines operates as a subsidiary of Saurashtra Freight Private Limited, which is part of the global logistics network of Kamigumi Co., Ltd., Japan.
In September 2025, Kamigumi acquired a majority stake in Saurashtra Freight, strengthening global logistics integration between India and international markets. Founded in 1867 and headquartered in Kobe, Japan, Kamigumi brings more than 150 years of expertise in multimodal transport, port operations, and integrated supply chain solutions.
